Reward Dollars Policy
- School Reward Dollars can be used when a school makes their next purchase. Schools can choose to make a purchase using part School Reward Dollars and part cash.
- Earning School Reward Dollars: Schools earn in two ways:
- Students, families and companies must select a school (or schools) every time they make a purchase. Five per cent from each purchase is allocated to the nominated schools account to use in their next purchase.
- Schools reward themselves every time they make a purchase from Schools Direct as they too earn 5 per cent from their purchases.
- School Reward Dollar Conditions:
- School Reward Dollars are not earned on purchases made using School Reward Dollars.
- School Reward Dollars will be varied when refunds are given and or returns made.
- School Reward Dollars are transferred to school accounts when the customer’s orders have been both paid and shipped. The School Reward Dollars will not be transferred until this transaction is fully completed.
- School Reward Dollars are not transferable for cash.
- Schools that wish to return goods above the level paid in cash will not be entitled to a refund in cash as School Reward Dollars are not transferable in cash. The school that returns an item will be credited School Reward Dollars to use for future purchases.
- School Reward Dollars not used by a school within 12 months of earning those dollars will be transferred to the Community Fund.
- Any disputes or correspondence or claim for rebates can be made in writing to rebates@schoolsdirect.com.au
- These conditions may be varied at any time without prior notice.
