Refund Policy

We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at Schools Direct. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a full refund / and or exchange.

When you return a product please provide:

• An original Schools Direct tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket.
• The products original packaging, including any instruction manuals and /or information booklets and original cartons/container.

Our Return Policy is only available on computer software if the product is unopened, defective or unfit for purpose as specified on packaging.

Contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 118 350 between business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) and we will happily assist you.

Please note that all returns must be sent at your own cost.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date to be eligible for a full refund.
