Delivery Terms
Because we offer a number of different choices of how you can shop with us, we have a number of different delivery policies. All of these policies are aimed at getting products to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia.
All deliveries are made Monday - Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.
Account customers
Free delivery
Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. If you are in those delivery areas and your order is less than $150, you will be charged a small delivery fee of $9.35.
For deliveries to areas outside the main metropolitan centres you will be charged $13.20 (including GST) for an order of any value (excluding bulky items).
Customers in the Northern Territory and Tasmania will be required to pay additional interstate freight charges. The charges will be advised to customers prior to processing any order.
Orders above $250 will be delivered within 2 days in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. This excludes bulky items, which may take longer.
Orders below $250 will be delivered within 3 days in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. This excludes bulky items, which may take longer.
Deliveries to your address will occur between 8:00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We require a street address for delivery, no PO Boxes will be accepted.
Bulky deliveries
Bulky items require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees apply to all products nominated as big and bulky and in same day areas they will be delivered next-day.
The bulky charges are subject to the size of the order and available on application.
Note: Bulky items are delivered separately to stationery items.
Drop Ship Deliveries
Drop Ship items are delivered directly from our supplier and can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. Additional ‘Bulky' delivery charges apply to drop ship items.
Delivery charges apply on a per order basis and the charges vary according to delivery location. Delivery quantity limits apply to all deliveries.
